Charlie Van is currently a 2.5 tonne beach hut! All the splendid accoutrement of the legendary Camper Van that he is but without the ability to go anywhere. The engine turns over but steadfastly refuses to cough into life, the glow plugs or the glow plug relay being the prime suspects.
Oh for a Haynes Manual for the T4!! There is alas no such publication for the T4, No familiar Haynes clear friendly photos and blow by blow account of various disassembly projects. Attempt to locate the Relay were thwarted by darkness and the fact it does not appear to be in the same place as on later models.
Too add to complications, the big immovable lump,of German Metal is blocking in the trailer which I have sold and thus need to access for the buyer.
