What's it like, I've heard about it but never got hold of the book, is it worth taking the time to read it?

I really like it. It's a case study of individual teens and also a group work project they participate in.
It's a frank account with great depth of reflection and insight. Useful and practical insight, in that the psychology is practically illustrated and applied.
