Hit the office very early this morning to get to grips with the impending Diocesan Camp, the quirkily named "Yellow Braces!" I had the office to myself for an hour, so accompanied by some great German Radio (Antenne Bayern) I've mind mapped 'THE PLAN!' and the various lists to make it happen.
I'm hitting the week off the back of what was, considering I wasn't working, a full on weekend. Managed to squeeze in A LOT of theory test revision with Haddon (next test on Tuesday), helping the Youth Worker move house, lifeguarding for the Sunday school picnic, a youth group AND a youth drop in .... as well as loads of time at Church! Oh and ten pin bowling, cycling AND best of all some serious time to battle with the rust on the van. One wheel arch is sanded, treated and waxoyled; with the inner arch undersealed. Just need to paint now and fit the wheel arch trim, yay! (and then do it ALL OVER AGAIN on the other side, doh!)

Owning an old V dub van's no vacation
It's a battle ... with oxidisation
and tackling the rust
is an absolute must
That's the dawning realisation!
But I'm glad to be able to report I've won this particular one sided battle with my arch enemy!
