Throw and Tell

I noticed these on Darren's blog and thought they were a great idea! Throw and Tell balls for discussion starting etc (there's lots of different ones). I e-mailed the U.S of A based company to find if I could order but didn't get a reply.

Oh, have found they are available from Eden and I've ordered some :-)
Review will follow some time soon!

I had one of those with a previous church and I liked using them the most on trips or special events as ice-breakers. That kept it semi-different.

Probably a bit late now, but try your local Christian Book shop, we certainly carry them at the Christian Book Centres in Preston and Lancaster! Support your independants!!

Katie,

Thanks for the note, I had no idea they were so available, apologies!
Happy to pop into my local (and do)

Shalom

Sorry, that did sound a bit preachy!! You can get like that after a day of "we tried Amazon first..." etc, etc,!! Most decent Christian Book Shops should be able to get hold of the balls, we have a couple of different ones, they seem to go down really well for youth groups!

Katie,

no worries ..... I can understand that!
Do let me know if there's other stuff that you get in that I'm not likely to realise a Christian bookshop might carry.

Shalom

Yesterday we had a rep in who had Jesus plectrums??!! Could be this Christmas' big seller!

*laughing*

Maybe some "What would Jesus Strum?" Guitar straps could be a useful add-on sale

Ian
Saw in the shop last week that we have the throw and tell balls for younger kids as well now, a useful Sunday School tool for someone maybe? Also I think the guitar plectrums say "I pick Jesus"!!

they're pretty useful, i pull the balls out regularly and use them in small group training activities, youth groups, camps...

what ones did you grab?

im no longer buying much from o/s because our exchange rate's gone loopy for a while... might just save me some money :P
