Hi Ian,
As part of the Rank Foundation steering group, we helped develop this video. It's an attempt to show people (and other funding agencies) how Rank successfully support long-term grass-roots youth work. A full publication on the Rank approach to growing local youth work and workers titled Journeying Together is planned for next year.
