Agree, I recently took my teenage daughter to a 'Killers' concert at Wembley, it was great and we had time to chat. The 'blurring ' of culture has some positives.
There may be positives - but should we not worry that our culture instead of trying to build a 'mature' (not as in cheese) culture is trying to make us think as young as possible so 'they' can make us shop like kids rather than be responsible for what we do, how we spend our money/time...
Good question...but maybe young people ' shop' like adults rather than the other way round?
The Chap Clark stuff on adolescence in "Starting Right" is brilliant. He states that adolescence starts in biology and ends in culture!
