Employing a Youth Worker continued
Have added a few more items to the list as more thoughts occured. Thanks for adding to the debate, I have a feeling this will be a very useful process.
Still plan to write about:
1. The responsibility of the youth worker
2. The requirements of management
As ever I'll lob in some thoughts and you can critique, add and subtract

One thing I've floated to the team in the London Baptist Association is the idea of a training for senior ministers/leaders on "Working with a youthworker/minister". Seems like that might help some of these issues?
